Digital Sales Specialist / Representative
para impulsar el crecimiento comercial a través de canales digitales, ejecutando el plan de ventas y marketing de la compañía en su territorio asignado.
Ubicación:
Barcelona
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta en el entorno digital.
- Contactar y fidelizar clientes a través de videollamadas, email o chat.
- Promocionar productos y servicios de forma profesional y ética.
- Colaborar con los equipos de marketing y ventas en campañas digitales.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes (CRM).
- Analizar resultados, elaborar reportes y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
REQUISITOS:
- Grado universitario en Ciencias de la Salud, ADE, Economía o similar.
- Experiencia previa en ventas digitales o atención comercial online (valorable).
- Dominio de herramientas digitales y plataformas CRM.
- Nivel intermedio de inglés.
- Alta orientación a resultados, organización y habilidades comunicativas.
