We are looking for a
Chief People Officer (CPO)
to join our leadership team in Valencia.

The CPO will be the architect of our culture, talent strategy, and people operations. This role is about building a
world-class environment where scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors thrive together
.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Designing and leading the
talent acquisition strategy
for our holding company and portfolio ventures.

Building onboarding programs to accelerate alignment, execution, and culture adoption.

Developing leadership training and career pathways for scientists and business profiles.

Structuring
equity, incentives, and benefits
models for employees, advisors, and founders.

Driving organizational design, compensation benchmarking, and role clarity.

Managing performance systems, OKRs, and employee engagement frameworks.

Acting as cultural guardian: ensuring
mission-driven, value-based alignment
across all teams.

Supporting the scaling of 10+ companies per year with HR, recruitment, and organizational playbooks.

Creating a people brand that positions us as one of the
top DeepTech employers in Europe
.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in
talent management, HR leadership, venture building, or scaling startups
.

Proven track record designing and executing HR/talent strategies in
fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
.

Strong understanding of compensation, equity structures, and incentive plans.

Experience building high-performing teams and developing leadership programs.

Familiarity with academic tech transfer ecosystems, venture capital, or R&D-driven organizations is a plus.

Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken).
