Aventus Group Is Expanding to Valencia - Join Us as our Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Aventus Group
is a rapidly growing international fintech company operating in 18+ countries. As we open our new office in Valencia, we are looking for
an experienced Chief Operating Officer
who will lead operational processes, ensure efficient scaling, and become a key driver of the local office development.

If you excel at building strong operational structures, optimizing processes, and want to shape the operations of a new office from day one - this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and oversee the operational activities of the new office in Spain.


• Build, optimize, and scale business processes across Operations, Customer Support, Collection and Back Office.


• Manage operational KPIs and ensure high-quality customer experience.


• Analyze and improve internal processes to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.


• Build and develop the operations team while promoting a high-performance culture.


• Collaborate closely with European offices and Group leadership to execute the overall Aventus strategy.


• Ensure all operational processes comply with Spanish regulations and internal company standards.


Requirements:


•
5+ years of experience in operational management - in fintech, microfinance, or digital services in Spain


• Experience launching or scaling operational teams/offices in Spain is a strong plus.


• Strong expertise in operational excellence, process management, and KPI-driven leadership.


• Solid understanding of customer service, collections processes, and compliance frameworks.


• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).


• Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of Spanish regulations related to operational activities is an advantage.


• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus.
