En Audax Renovables buscamos incorporar un Data Analyst Junior, dando soporte al equipo en la creación de queries SQL, elaboración de dashboards en Power BI y generación de reportes operativos. Este rol trabajará mano a mano con el equipo de negocio, interpretando sus necesidades y transformándolas en información accionable.
El equipo está en crecimiento y buscamos a una persona con ganas de aprender, aportar y mejorar procesos existentes.
El Data Analyst Junior desempeñará un papel clave en la monitorización de datos operativos, la generación de listados y la optimización de tareas manuales mediante automatización básica. Con formación interna, este recurso estará preparado para dar soporte transversal a las distintas áreas del negocio en iniciativas informacionales.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán, aunque no de manera exhaustiva:
- Crear queries SQL para extraer, transformar y validar información procedente de fuentes operativas.
- Construir y mantener dashboards básicos en Power BI, incluyendo la conexión a datos, modelado simple y visualización de indicadores.
- Participar en la monitorización de KPIs operativos, garantizando la calidad y consistencia de los datos.
- Generar listados e informes recurrentes para las diferentes áreas del negocio.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora en procesos manuales y contribuir a su automatización mediante SQL, Power BI o scripts simples (por ejemplo, pequeños desarrollos en Python básico).
- Colaborar con interlocutores del área de negocio para comprender sus necesidades informacionales y transformarlas en entregables de datos.
- Contribuir a la mejora continua de los flujos de reporting y de la calidad de los datos.
Estamos buscando un candidato con:
- Conocimientos básicos de SQL.
- Conocimientos básicos de Power BI (informes, modelos sencillos, visualizaciones).
- Comprensión de conceptos como KPI, métricas e indicadores (la definición será proporcionada por el equipo).
- Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y criterio para validar datos.
- Actitud proactiva y capacidad de comunicación con diferentes áreas de negocio.
- Se valorarán conocimientos básicos de Python para pequeñas automatizaciones.
- Conocimiento de Qlik, Power Automate y/o metodologías de Lean Management, considerado un plus.
- Castellano o catalán fluidos; inglés a nivel laboral. Otros idiomas serán considerados un plus.
