Ecommerce Data Analyst

**THE ROLE**

Join our Customer Service Hub at our location in Badalona. We are looking for an eCommerce Data Analyst to strengthen our team as soon as possible with the following responsibilities:

- Support and maintain our electronic business (eBusiness) platforms, including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Supplier Portals, SunSupportOnline, Order Automation, and other various eBusiness solutions
- Facilitate requests for eCommerce accessibility and maintain accurate data for effective usage of all eBusiness platforms
- Monitor various e-business platforms daily, provide user support, and manage exceptions due to technical failures
- Act as a liaison with internal functional areas to onboard eBusiness opportunities and actively support implementation
- Identify potential issues and work proactively to resolve them

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Degree in a business
- or IT related field or equivalent experience is preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Business-to-Business environment with a proven track record of servicing internal and external customers
- Experience with B2B Websites, Supplier Portals, and EDI is helpful, but not required
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Problem solving skills are required to troubleshoot potential issues without immediate guidance
- Very good communication skills in English
