**¿Cuál será tu misión?**

Dar soporte desde a la infraestructura IT y telecomunicaciones de los diferentes territorios y emplazamientos de una empresa dentro del sector intralogístico.

Este rol es para ti si cuentas con:

  • Formación a nivel de licenciatura o equivalente,
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar como soporte informático.
  • Experiencia en Active Directory.
  • Conocimientos de sistemas operativos informáticos, HW y SW.
  • Necesario nivel alto de Inglés.
  • Habilidades comunicativas destacadas, adaptabilidad ante imprevistos y capacidad para establecer relaciones influyentes.
  • Actitud resolutiva y muy orientada a la acción.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.
  • Nivel de francés valorable.


En tu día a día te encargarás de:

  • Apoyo in situ, , aprovechando completamente los servicios IT proporcionados centralmente, incluyendo Diseño, Operaciones y Service Desk para cumplir con los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLAs) acordados.
  • Prestar apoyo a la infraestructura IT y telecomunicaciones para el territorio o los emplazamientos especificados, garantizando que la utilización de los sistemas de hardware, software y comunicaciones sea coherente con la estrategia europea IT.
  • Ayudar en la preparación del presupuesto IT y en el control de costes.
  • Construir la relación entre IT y el negocio para convertirse en el socio reconocido y valorado para la prestación de servicios IT.
  • Formación de usuarios, elaboración e impartición de materiales de formación y sesiones de formación en todo el ámbito de la infraestructura IT.
  • Gestión de incidencias de nivel 1 y 2 de la infraestructura IT en las oficinas del cliente.
  • Proyectos de mejora del Soporte e Infraestructura IT.
  • Otras tareas administrativas relacionadas con el departamento.
