Estamos en búsqueda de un Functional Manager Business Transformation   para incorporar al equipo de Transformación comercial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Soporte directo al Subdirector General de Captación en la preparación de análisis y presentaciones para el Consejo de Administración, Comités Ejecutivos, etc.
  • Identificación de oportunidades en el funnel de captación de clientes con su correspondiente definición e implementación de acciones de mejora junto a las diferentes áreas del negocio (Marketing, Ventas, Operaciones, Tecnología, Personas).
  • Conceptualización, desarrollo y gestión transversal de proyectos transformacionales a nivel comercial, con impacto multicanal.
  • Optimización del funnel de captación y onboarding del cliente, con su correspondiente medición y trazabilidad de las acciones a cliente y su impacto en satisfacción y otros KPIs internos.
  • Empuje/Interlocución entre las áreas comerciales y de portfolio para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de nuestros procesos, con foco en el servicio prestado al cliente en sus primeros meses de vida.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Ingeniería, Licenciatura en ADE / Económicas ó Matemáticas.
  • 3-4 años de experiencia profesional en consultoría, puestos analíticos o estratégicos o 5-6 años en área de estrategia en empresa
  • Nivel de ofimática avanzado
  • Elevada capacidad analítica, sintética (tanto numérica como conceptual) y diagnóstica.
  • Comunicación buena e influyente, tanto por escrito como verbalmente
  • Experiencia demostrada en la resolución de problemas complejos utilizando conocimientos basados en datos
  • Rápida capacidad de aprendizaje
  • Sentido de negocio
  • Iniciativa y capacidad de empuje. Perfil con elevada capacidad para trabajo transversal
