Facilities Manager

Misión del puesto

Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento, seguridad y eficiencia de las instalaciones, coordinando los servicios asociados y liderando los equipos de mantenimiento y limpieza, con una clara orientación a la calidad y al cliente interno.

Gestión y mantenimiento de instalaciones

  • Organización, supervisión y seguimiento del
    mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo
    de edificios, instalaciones técnicas y equipos.
  • Gestión integral de incidencias mediante
    herramienta interna de ticketing
    .
  • Elaboración y control de
    planes anuales de cumplimiento legal
    , incluyendo:
  • Protección contra incendios (PCI)
  • RITE
  • Baja tensión
  • Legionella
  • Ascensores y plataformas elevadoras

Coordinación de servicios externos e internos

  • Selección, contratación y supervisión de
    proveedores de servicios
    (limpieza, seguridad, jardinería y otros servicios generales).
  • Gestión directa del
    equipo propio de mantenimiento y limpieza
    (entre 5 y 10 personas), fomentando el desarrollo, la eficiencia y el trabajo en equipo.

Gestión de proyectos

  • Participación activa en proyectos de
    obra nueva, reformas o traslados de instalaciones
    .
  • Seguimiento y control de
    licencias y permisos ambientales
    .
  • Coordinación transversal con el departamento de
    QHSE
    .

Seguridad, medioambiente y cumplimiento normativo

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de
    seguridad, salud y medioambiente
    .
  • Gestión de residuos en coordinación con el
    gestor autorizado
    y uso de la
    plataforma SRD
    .

Control económico

  • Supervisión del presupuesto de facilities y servicios.
  • Búsqueda continua de
    optimización de costes y eficiencia operativa
    , sin comprometer la calidad del servicio.

Comunicación y coordinación

  • Interlocución constante con diferentes áreas internas de la compañía.
  • Relación fluida con proveedores externos y partners estratégicos.

Perfil requerido

  • Experiencia Mínimo de 5 años en gestión de instalaciones y
    conocimiento del negocio
    .
  • Grado o similar
  • Capacidad de
    liderazgo
    , orientación a resultados y a la excelencia en el servicio.
  • Equipo 5-10 personas
  • Perfil
    dinámico, proactivo y resolutivo
    , con iniciativa y ganas de aportar valor.
  • Altas habilidades de comunicación
    y visión estratégica.
  • Nivel avanzado de
    Paquete Office
    .
  • Inglés nivel B2
    .
