About The Role
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst based in our
San Francisco
headquarters to help drive data-informed decision-making across our GTM function. You'll be instrumental in improving our GTM efficiency, forecasting growth, and building the operational foundation of our revenue engine.
What You'll Do
- This is a highly impactful role where you'll play a hands-on part in shaping the systems and workflows that power our go-to-market engine. You'll help build scalable processes, manage our GTM tech stack, and deliver data-driven insights that support the adoption of HappyRobot across logistics, supply chain, and operations teams. You'll thrive here if you're detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and excited to roll up your sleeves to help a fast-moving AI startup scale.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer our GTM systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement tools), including configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Translate business needs into scalable workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.
- Maintain and optimize core RevOps processes such as lead routing, territory management, opportunity tracking, and data governance.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, deal workflows, and performance visibility.
- Evaluate, implement, and train GTM teams on new tools and process improvements that drive efficiency and operational scale.
What We're Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and common GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot).
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining workflows, automations, and reporting to support sales and marketing processes.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, pipeline management, and core GTM metrics.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Mode, Looker, Retool, or similar); SQL is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfortable gathering requirements from GTM teams and translating them into scalable system solutions.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment, own projects end-to-end, and continuously optimize systems and processes.
