Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marbella for a Rental Coordinator in Real Estate. The Rental Coordinator will handle daily responsibilities such as managing property listings, assisting and coordination of different aspects within short term rentals, and ensuring seamless communication between property owners and tenants. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer service, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure smooth property rental operations.

Qualifications & Competences

• Ideally some experience within Real Estate / Rental industry
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Swedish a plus)
• Strong Communication skills and a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
