As we grow our luxury villa portfolio, we're hiring a
part-time Owner Relations Coordinator
to be the primary point of contact for our property owners and uphold our brand's high standards.
What you'll do
- Act as the
main interlocutor for owners
, ensuring communication is fluid, professional, proactive, and on-brand.
- Resolve incidents efficiently
, coordinating swift solutions and clear follow-ups.
- Serve as the
bridge between owners and internal teams
(operations, maintenance, finance, revenue, guest experience) to guarantee seamless service.
- Prepare
periodic owner reports
covering property status, expenses, income, and preventive maintenance plans.
- Manage contracts, invoices, and documentation
for each villa with impeccable attention to detail.
- Anticipate owner needs
, recommending improvements or tailored solutions that protect asset value and enhance ROI.
What you bring
- Strong
people skills and professional presence
.
- 2+ years' experience
in premium client service, high-end property management, or luxury hospitality.
- University degree
(tourism/hotel management/luxury management preferred).
- English (native or bilingual) and Spanish
fluency;
Swedish
is a plus.
- Excellent
written communication
and spelling; confident with
office and digital tools
(Docs/Sheets/Slides, ticketing/CRM, etc.).
- A
team player
who is also autonomous, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to explain
administrative and technical topics
(maintenance, finance) with clarity and tact.
- Discretion

detail orientation

service mindset

- Based in Marbella
with a
valid driver's licence
.
