We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced
MarTech Technical Lead
to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in data management, analytics implementation, and technical leadership, complemented by deep expertise within the modern Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystem. This pivotal role requires a professional capable of defining and driving technical strategy, effectively managing a technical team, and ensuring the accurate and optimal implementation and utilization of our marketing technology stack.

Requirements
This role demands a comprehensive blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and analytical prowess. The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in all of the following core areas:

Technical Expertise

• Leading the generation of different tagging guides for the analytical tracking of different features delivered through Web & App.
• Experience in implementing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across both Web and App platforms, including integration with Firebase.
• Hands-on experience with the functioning and integration of Consent Management Platforms (CMP), specifically OneTrust.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Google BigQuery, including how to effectively utilize and query Google Analytics 4 data within it.
• Strong technology background in data management and experience with managing complex databases and data warehouses, such as Snowflake and AWS.

Leadership and Planning

• Proven leadership and planning skills for successfully managing a technical team, including task allocation, performance review, and mentorship.
• Ability to define, communicate, and execute the technical roadmap for MarTech initiatives.
• Experience in project management through Jira.

Analytical Capabilities and Performance Management

• Extensive experience in performing data analysis utilizing data sourced from various online channels to drive business insights and optimizations.
• Experience dealing with campaign performance and collaboration with Ad Platforms owners or agencies (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok, Floodlight, etc.).

MarTech Ecosystem Knowledge

• Overall comprehensive knowledge of how the modern MarTech ecosystem works, including its key components such as:

• Data Platforms (CDPs, DMPs)

• Marketing Automation Systems Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• CRO programs

Communication and Soft Skills

• High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

• Desirable if the person has experience in hospitality and travel sectors.
