Tech Lead – LLM & Generative AI (Hands-On)

We're building a large-scale conversational AI platform used by millions of users daily — fast, creative, and technically challenging.

We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who ships production code, owns the LLM architecture, and understands how models behave at scale.

What you'll do

  • Build and evolve the core LLM system (Python / PyTorch)

  • Optimise inference, latency & context at massive token volumes

  • Own alignment strategies (SFT, RLHF/DPO) for open-ended use cases

  • Lead by example while mentoring a small senior team

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of engineering experience, recent LLMs in production

  • Strong Python & PyTorch

  • Experience with high-traffic systems / high token throughput

  • Comfortable working with uncensored or creative model alignment

  • Fully remote
