What You´ll Do:Hit and exceed sales targets, maximizing every opportunity to deliver value.
Engage customers with confidence, using proven scripts and discovery techniques to understand their needs.
Stay sharp with an up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and processes.
Deliver a world-class experience on every call friendly, professional, and solution-focused.
Handle billing and account inquiries with clarity and accuracy.
Collaborate and participate in initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and performance.
