Apprentice Culture, Inclusion & Learning
Barcelona, Spain
Join us as an Apprentice in our Culture, Inclusion & Learning team where you'll help shape an inclusive culture, drive engaging community initiatives, and support impactful learning and leadership programs. Gain hands-on experience in project management, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration—building skills to launch a meaningful, purpose-driven career.
Your Key Responsibilities
1- Hybrid Working
- Contribute to project management, support change initiatives, and create engaging materials to drive inclusive hybrid practices.
- Communities and network
- Assist in organizing and coordinating our employee-led communities network activities (such Employee Resources Groups and Culture Catalysts) , including event planning, communications, and ideation sessions. Support on organizing connections and cross-functional collaboration events with business leaders, HRBP's, Local / Regional HR members, etc.
- Learning portfolio and platform
- Supporting in a Learning resource mapping and analysis, making an inventory of existing global learning programs, platforms, and content. Help in the coordination and execution of learning initiatives, as well as assisting in data collection and analysis to track impact.
- Leadership Development program Assist
- Assist on the deployment of our "Women Acceleration Program", i.e. participant communication, coordination with the vendor, KPIs definition and tracking
- Leadership portfolio
- Support the rollout of Leadership Assessments and related tactical activities, including tracking completion, collecting feedback, and generating reports. Prepare summaries highlighting key insights and analyze results to identify development needs and draw connections to available development resources.

You bring
- Strong analytical skills
- Full proficiency in English both in speaking and writing
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks independently with guidance
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Comfortable working in global and virtual environments
- A true passion for Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, and Development topics
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and digital platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related fields
