Tu misión:

Impulsar la prescripción de los productos asignados mediante la visita médica a especialistas target en el área geográfica asignada, de acuerdo con las políticas y directrices de la compañía, con el objetivo de lograr los resultados de ventas establecidos.

Tus retos:

  • Priorizar y ejecutar las oportunidades clave de crecimiento en el territorio asignado.
  • Realizar visitas a médicos especialistas (hospitales o consultas privadas) para aumentar la prescripción de los productos.
  • Planificar y gestionar la cartera de clientes, ejecutando un plan de visitas estructurado y eficaz.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de acción local, optimizando el retorno de la inversión y el crecimiento del portafolio.
  • Analizar el territorio periódicamente (ventas, clientes, plan de acción) para garantizar la consecución de objetivos.
  • Realizar visitas puntuales a farmacias para asegurar la disponibilidad del producto, formación y soporte a acciones específicas.
  • Participar activamente en cursos, seminarios y congresos médicos en los que la compañía esté presente.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en visita médica a hospitales o consultas privadas, preferiblemente en el área de Ginecología.
  • Grado en Ciencias de la Salud.
  • Residencia en Sevilla.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.
  • Organización, planificación y excelentes habilidades sociales.
