Your Profile:
Fluency in French and English (native/C1 required).Transversal IT knowledge across infrastructure, applications, and operations.Seniority and confidence to engage with C-Suite executives.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Resilient, stress-tolerant, able to operate under pressure in demanding environments.Strong multi-tasking and information-processing abilities (Teams, Outlook, Phone).University degree required (Master's preferred).ITIL Foundations certification (at minimum).Knowledge/exposure to IT regulations (DORA, ISO, NIST, BCP, Security) is a plus.Other languages (German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic) are welcome but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as part of the QoS MIM Team, ensuring high-quality incident and problem management.Lead operational response in critical and immediate situations with stakeholders across all levels, including C-Suite executives.Manage on-call responsibilities (one week every 3-4 weeks).Ensure strong adherence to ITIL processes and best practices.Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to drive incident resolution and service recovery.Provide clear, structured communication during major incidents to both technical and executive audiences.Promote resilience, continuous improvement, and service quality across the IT landscape.
