Who Are We Looking For?
  • Fluent in German or Dutch: You can speak the language of our awesome clients and understand their needs.
  • High level of English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Digital Sales Enthusiast: You love the internet, social media, and all things digital. Algorithms don't scare you—they excite you, plus you have 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Creative Thinker: Got ideas? We want to hear them We're looking for someone who thinks outside the box.
  • Detail-Oriented: Whether it's a typo or a pixel out of place, you catch the small things. 
  • Good Competitive: Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Team Player: You love working with others and believe that teamwork makes the dream work.
  • Quick Learner: Digital marketing is always changing, and you're ready to keep up
