The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager – EMEA to lead business development and client acquisition efforts across the region. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for a senior commercial professional with a strong track record and a deep network of advertisers and brands—especially in non-gaming verticals like e-commerce, retail, travel, fintech, and entertainment.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow revenue by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships across EMEA.
  • Leverage your network of C-level and senior decision-makers to accelerate business development, particularly in non-gaming sectors.
  • Position 's solutions—including OEM, Apple Ads, and programmatic offerings—as best-in-class for performance marketing.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring long-term success and retention of key accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Shape the regional strategy, identifying market trends, vertical-specific opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and performance recommendations to clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years in ad-tech sales or business development with a strong focus on mobile, programmatic, or performance marketing.
  • Proven success in closing enterprise-level deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • A well-established network of clients and decision-makers across advertisers and brands in EMEA
  • Solid understanding of mobile user acquisition channels
  • A self-starter mindset
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).
  • A results-driven and entrepreneurial approach with a passion for ad-tech innovation.
  • Proven track record in tech startups is a plus.
