Responsibilities:Responsible for implementing the strategies, policies and production plans of the Plant.
Managing the organization of the production coordinating all its human team.
Managing preventive and corrective maintenance operations for the proper functioning of machines
Control the stocks of finished product and raw material to the effect of not incurring in costs.
Secure the necessary means to comply with the production programs required
Perform daily planning to fulfill customer orders.
Manages the operations of improvement and conservation of buildings and facilities of the Plant.
Responsible for the maintenance of the quality standards as well as the procedures that apply to the Department.
It is responsible for carrying out the monthly reporting of the Production Department .
Ensure compliance with all regulations related to the environment and safety at work.
Supervises short-term production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
In the Emergency Plan is the Head of Emergency and is part of the First Aid team
Supervise the work done by employees of external Companies (subcontractors) and inform HSE Officer.
Qualifications:Production management training and experience.
