**What's your mission?**

The mission of the BSA & Controlling team at HQ is to deliver accurate and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision-making. Ensuring the highest standards of data quality and reliability is key to fulfilling this mission.

You will act as the financial business partner of the plant, ensuring that cost control, financial reporting, and forecasting are aligned with both corporate objectives and operational efficiency.

As a manufacturing Controller, you will act as the financial business partner of the plant, ensuring that cost control, financial reporting, and forecasting are aligned with both corporate objectives and operational efficiency.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Month-End Closing
- Reporting and KPIs
- Participate in the annual budget preparation and quarterly reviews.
- Analyze plant evolution (costs & activities)
- Formulate and implement improvement action plans.
- Document and optimize new processes and procedures.

**What you need to shine in this role**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the field of Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Business orientated, attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in operating PowerBI and Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), and SAP.
- Languages: English (mid-advanced), Spanish (native).
