**Role Mission**

Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising the phases of projects under development, expansion, or improvement of facilities, production processes, or plant technologies, ensuring compliance with quality, time, budget, and regulatory (GMP) objectives.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Define the scope, schedule, budget, and resources for industrial projects (site expansions, process improvements).
- Coordinate project execution from conceptual engineering to final delivery and validation.
- Ensure that all projects comply with GMP regulations and other applicable local and international standards.
- Oversee technical and regulatory documentation throughout the project cycle.
- Monitor project phases and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Prepare and control the project budget, ensuring cost efficiency and investment justification.
- Coordinate with other organizational areas / departments the development and implementation of the new processes, improvemnets or solutions established.
- Keep informed all the stakeholders of the project about the milestones of the Project.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (ADE) or related fields. Master’s in project management (Valuable).
- Advanced level of English - C1. (Necessary) - Arab language (Valuable).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, specifically in industrial project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Availability to travel frequently.
- You have user-level knowledge of MS Office and SAP software (Valuable).
- You are proactive, decisive, and able to adapt to different multicultural environments.
