We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our Finance department. This is your opportunity to experience a #1 health-tech scale-up where both your work and your results are highly tangible and matter to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgeted targets.
  • Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance financial efficiency.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve financial transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Support the development and implementation of FP&A processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Review, report, and consolidate costs according to the Finance team's requirements and deadlines.
  • Refine and improve control processes to ensure data accuracy and time efficiency.
  • Assist various stakeholders with ad-hoc requests.
  • This is an opportunity to explore diverse finance topics and foster a continuous learning mindset

Requirements:

  • 6+ Years Professional Experience experience as Financial Controller.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a large scale global scale-up or big 4 audit firms.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or Spanish GAAP
  • Advanced level in excel.
