About the Role:

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading our team and ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in. Reporting to the site senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in:

  • Training and coaching team members on Service Steps, ensuring everyone is equipped to deliver top-tier guest service.
  • Supervising daily operations, setting shift targets, and ensuring all tasks are completed to our high standards.
  • Responding to guest needs, managing escalations, and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
  • Maintaining venue presentation standards, overseeing cleanliness, handling cash, and supporting POS operations.

  • A commitment to guest service and a genuine passion for creating memorable moments.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.

Availability:

Our guests come first, so we need team members who can be flexible with their availability. This role requires shift work across evenings, weekends, and public holidays, so please ensure you're available during these peak times.
