Reporting to the site senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in: Training and coaching team members on Service Steps, ensuring everyone is equipped to deliver top-tier guest service. Supervising daily operations, setting shift targets, and ensuring all tasks are completed to our high standards. Responding to guest needs, managing escalations, and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere. Maintaining venue presentation standards, overseeing cleanliness, handling cash, and supporting POS operations. About You: We're looking for someone with leadership potential who is passionate about delivering outstanding service. To succeed in this role, you'll need: A commitment to guest service and a genuine passion for creating memorable moments. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team. Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation. Availability: Our guests come first, so we need team members who can be flexible with their availability.
