Desde Talent Insights colaboramos con una destacada empresa tecnológica especializada en el diseño, construcción y gestión de Centros de Procesamiento de Datos (CPD), con un fuerte foco en Redes y Seguridad.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a
Ingenier@ de Redes
para reforzar uno de sus equipos, especializado en la configuración, soporte e implementación de soluciones de comunicaciones en entornos Enterprise/LAN. La persona seleccionada se integrará en un equipo que lidera proyectos de implementación y gestión de redes LAN/WLAN de gran escala.

Es una propuesta estable, en una empresa consolidada y con proyectos propios potentes.

Las principales responsabilidades de la posición son:

  • Operar y dar soporte de soluciones de comunicaciones, routing & switching LAN / WLAN asociadas a tecnología ARUBA, Fortinet, CISCO....
  • Configurar dispositivos de red
  • Diseño y planificación de infraestructuras de red complejas y de gran escala.
  • Resolución de incidentes.
  • Solución de problemas de red complejos, incluido el análisis del tráfico y la optimización del rendimiento.

Es por ello, que nos gustaría que la persona que se incorpore aporte:

  • +3 años de experiencia en administración y soporte de redes y sistemas de comunicaciones en entornos complejos y multisede.
  • Conocimientos de redes Wireless. Ajuste de canales, ancho de banda…
  • Experiencia en diseño, implementación y operación de infraestructuras de red corporativas.
  • Inglés técnico requerido

Competencias clave:

  • Autonomía y proactividad en la toma de decisiones técnicas.
  • Capacidad de análisis y resolución de incidencias críticas.
  • Trabajo en equipo y coordinación con otras áreas IT.
  • Orientación a resultados, con foco en la continuidad de negocio.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Protocolos y tecnologías de red (TCP/IP, MPLS, VLAN, QoS).
  • Protocolos de routing avanzado (BGP, OSPF)
  • Seguridad en redes: firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS.
  • Experiencia con soluciones Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco o similares.
  • Experiencia en entornos SD-WAN y comunicaciones unificadas.
  • Monitorización y troubleshooting avanzado de redes y servicios. Valorables conocimientos de Zabbix y Grafana. Protocolo SNMP.
  • Se espera tratamiento de inventariado, mantenimiento y actualización de este. Valorables conocimientos de Netbox
  • Valorables conocimientos en virtualización de redes y automatización
  • Valorables conocimientos en telefonía IP (3CX o similar) y CCTV y CCAA.

  • Horario: Septiembre a junio: L - J: 8:30-14:00 y 15:00 -18:00 horas, V: 8:30-14:30 horas / Julio y agosto: L-V: 08:00-15:30 horas.
