We are seeking a passionate and driven professional to join our team as a German Account Manager. You will play a critical role in managing and developing our client relationships with our German-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture relationships with existing German-speaking clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and engaging with potential clients in the region.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to the client's needs.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve set sales targets.
- Consistently update client records and manage communications in our CRM system.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within the technology or services sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
