The Team:
The People Operations HR Service Delivery Team is the foundational engine of administrative and organizational excellence for our global People Functions. This diverse and geographically distributed unit—with team members based across our key hubs in Madrid, Bangalore, and Raleigh—operates as the central support system for the entire employee lifecycle.

We are dedicated to ensuring that all People Functions, including Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners can operate efficiently by expertly handling critical organizational, administrative, and logistical responsibilities. Specifically, our Talent Acquisition Coordinators are the indispensable drivers behind our hiring success.

The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Working Student, you will be integrated as a full and essential member of the People Operations Team. This
full-time (40h/week) working student position
(or recent graduate role) is
critical
to the daily operations and
global scaling of our hiring success.
You will stand at the intersection of process efficiency and candidate experience, serving as the primary face of the company and owning the majority of the candidate experience. Your core day-to-day work centers on the logistical mastery required to move candidates through the pipeline, which involves scheduling interviews and ensuring proactive alignment with key stakeholders, including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and the broader hiring teams.

This role provides deep, end-to-end insights into the global hiring process, from inception to offer. You will be responsible for critical administrative governance, including working directly within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to open new job requisitions (job reqs) and maintaining absolute data integrity.

The work you'll do:

• Master Interview Logistics: Expertly schedule complex global interviews and efficiently coordinate with all stakeholders (Recruiters, Hiring Managers).
• Elevate the Candidate Experience: Own the end-to-end candidate journey, serving as the professional, main point of contact.
• Govern Recruiting Systems: Manage administrative tasks within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening new job requisitions.
• Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain absolute accuracy of recruiting data, ensuring process adherence and compliance across all steps.
• Full Team Integration: Contribute as an essential, high-impact member of the People Operations team, directly supporting strategic global hiring goals.

• Strong Communication: You are professional, proactive, and clear when talking to candidates and internal teams.
• Passion for People & TA: You have a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and are excited about creating an amazing experience for new hires.
• Previous Experience is great, but absolutely NOT required We value your potential and are ready to teach you.
