Meet the teamPreply's brand has been growing, reaching more learners and becoming more visible across markets. With that growth comes the need to scale how we create and deliver impactful content for our performance brand campaigns.
We're looking for someone to define and scale the creative strategy behind our performance brand campaigns globally, balancing creativity with data-driven testing and ensuring our content drives measurable growth. This role works hand-in-hand with our Growth Team, where decisions are grounded in data and feedback is integrated at every step of the process.
If you have experience creating high-performing video formats (especially with content creators) and compelling digital assets (like banners) that fuel growth, and you know how to shape creative strategy that balances brand impact with performance, this role is for you.
Steer the creative strategy and production of monthly assets (video & static) for mid- and low-funnel campaigns, based on performance insights, research, and trends.
Own paid video productions with content creators/models (UGC): establishing scalable processes and localization, ideating concepts, overseeing script writing, briefing and managing creators, assuring the best execution and reporting on performance KPIs.
Lead a team focused on delivering performance brand assets, ensuring high-quality, scalable creative output.
Partner with the Growth Team to deliver and test performance-driven content across markets, optimizing based on results.
Oversee production of monthly static ads for performance campaigns globally.
Scale performance-oriented creator collaborations across TikTok and emerging platforms.
What you need to succeed:
Senior-level experience (7+ years) in Creative Strategy, Content Production, Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing or Influencer Marketing.
Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing external creator partnerships.
Good knowledge of online content creators and social media platforms and trends (esp. TikTok and Instagram)
Data-driven creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
A team player who works proactively, is persistent and solution-oriented.
Advanced English is essential. Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Italian or Japanese is a plus.
