About the Role

We are looking for a SMM & Content Specialist to create and manage high-quality content across multiple digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging content in English and Russian, supporting communication and PR activities, and contributing to content-driven marketing initiatives. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams while independently planning and managing your workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality content in English and Russian for the website, blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
  • Maintain and regularly update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Prepare communication and PR materials, including presentation texts, leaflets, speeches, and press releases
  • Contribute to content planning and campaign execution in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Use LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for content creation, idea generation, and content optimization
  • Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, and other metrics) and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Independently plan and organize work while collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

  • Excellent English and Russian skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, communications, PR, or marketing
  • Experience working in relevant industries such as payments, payments processors, iGaming, fintech, or affiliate marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing and creating content for social media platforms
  • Knowledge of SEMrush, SimilarWeb, and Ahrefs is a plus
  • Strong interest in content trends, digital communication, and storytelling
  • Confident user of LLM tools for everyday tasks
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with colleagues, clients, and partners
  • Structured, analytical approach to work with the ability to evaluate results and suggest improvements
