Are you passionate about continuous improvement and process transformation in international environments?

We're looking for a Transformation Process Owner to lead strategic initiatives focused on optimizing and standardizing key business processes within a global organization. This role has direct impact across operations, logistics, manufacturing, finance, audit, IT, and commercial areas, as part of a major ERP-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current processes and define future operating models aligned with global strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to adapt processes to the corporate ERP.
  • Lead change projects across regions, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate progress, manage risks, and support key decision-making.
  • Contribute to international initiatives, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong background in SAP environments and transformation project management.
  • Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and strong influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English/ C1 (Spanish is a plus).
  • Agile, results-driven, and highly adaptable.
