We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Process Owner - Forecast to Deliver (F2D) to lead the end-to-end transformation of our supply chain and production processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape the backbone of how our operations run — from planning to production to delivery — and drive a critical business initiative with strong financial and operational impact.
You will take ownership of the F2D process across functional departments, geographies, and product divisions, supporting the redesign and optimization of our core manufacturing processes. You’ll be instrumental in defining the transformation roadmap, leading system and data improvements, and ensuring future scalability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the transformation roadmap for end-to-end supply chain and production processes.- Act as a strategic partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and other corporate functions.- Drive cross-functional collaboration on systems and digitalization initiatives.- Support change management activities on a global scale.- Champion continuous improvement, using KPIs and data-driven insights to identify and implement enhancements.- Ensure consistent process execution and adherence across the business.- Build and maintain in-house expertise to safeguard long-term process ownership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, or operations process design.- Strong understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems in a production context.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects with significant business impact.- Experience in process manufacturing environments is highly desirable.- Ability to work strategically while managing operational details.- Solid knowledge of master data structures (e.g., BoMs, routings).- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
