We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM implementations, solution design, and business process optimization, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales. This role requires a deep understanding of functional consulting, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, system capabilities, and industry trends.
  • Conduct user training, workshops, and UAT sessions to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our Business Units, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.

You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong expertise in CRM business processes, (sales is a must, customer service, and/or marketing automation a plus).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to gather and document requirements, design solutions, and lead implementations.
  • Experience with workflows, business process flows, security roles, and entity customizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
