**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an IT Consultant that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.**

**Skills**:

- The person should be familiar with the pharma industry. In particular, experience in the area of clinical development or medical affairs would be valuable.
- Fluent in English, further languages are highly appreciated (Spanish is a plus)
- He/She will need to present at meetings, have intensive internal customer communication.
- Good communication & presentation skills. Proficient command of PowerPoint.
- Intercultural experience in international projects
- Experience creating training materials and training concepts
- Experience in IT projects and software development highly-desirable.
- Strong-drive, proactivity with focus in quality
- Attention to detail & organized way or working
- Understanding or experience in market research (creating, conducting and analyzing interviews or surveys) would be of benefit

Confident with the usage of the following tools would be a plus:

- Qualtrics
- Tableau Professional
- Salesforce
- MS Teams for internal communication
- Office suite and in particular PowerPoint to prepare materials

Tasks
- To support the project team (Business, IT, Country Users) with project related tasks by helping with operational and administrative support
- Analytical skills: observe, understand and collect results from interviews/surveys and make proposals on how to address the identified challenges
- Act as contact point for internal Customers and leadership
- Oversight on-going surveys (quality of answers, prepare reports, etc.)
- Communication tasks: presenting, writing and preparing documentation for the project
- When required, take over presentations and meetings from project team
- Support measuring the success of the project (define and monitor metrics, qualitative feedback from stakeholders, etc.)
- Support Training and Change Management
