Senior Product Owner
responsable de dirigir, coordinar y guiar a un equipo de ingenieros de software en el marco de proyectos IT, asegurando la correcta aplicación de estándares, tecnologías y metodologías. Este rol combina liderazgo técnico, gestión de proyectos y soporte operativo, con impacto directo en el desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento de soluciones intralogísticas.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Background en desarrollo de aplicaciones Java.
  • Conocimiento sólido de
    Java SE 17
    ,
    Spring Framework (Spring Boot)
    y gestión de
    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Experiencia en bases de datos relacionales (
    Oracle, SQL
    ).
  • Manejo de herramientas de control de versiones (
    Git
    ).
  • Experiencia con entornos de desarrollo (
    Eclipse, IntelliJ, Gradle
    ).
  • Ejecución de pruebas con
    JUnit
    y
    Mockito
    .
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (
    Scrum, Kanban
    ) y herramientas como
    Jira
    .
  • Experiencia con
    Docker, Kubernetes o Azure
    .
  • Familiaridad con tecnologías frontend (
    JavaScript, Vue, Angular, React
    ) para colaboración con desarrolladores full stack.
  • Expertise en
    .NET
    .

Gestión de proyectos IT

  • Definir roadmap, backlog, equipo y calendario de proyectos.
  • Proporcionar visión y objetivos claros al equipo.
  • Coordinar con proveedores IT y subcontratistas.
  • Apoyar en tareas corporativas/administrativas (registro de tiempos, gastos de viaje).

Desarrollo y ejecución técnica

  • Diseño y desarrollo de extensiones y personalizaciones de productos.
  • Programación y mantenimiento de código funcional y de pruebas.
  • Desarrollo, prueba e instalación de aplicaciones backend en Java.
  • Identificación y resolución de problemas de rendimiento y bugs.
  • Generación de documentación funcional y técnica.
  • Ejecución de pruebas de sistema e integración.
  • Puesta en marcha de sistemas en instalaciones de clientes.
  • Formación de usuarios y asistencia en periodos de arranque.
  • Transferencia de conocimiento y documentación al departamento de Life Time Services.
  • Soporte de tercer nivel y coordinación con soporte de segundo nivel.

Funciones adicionales

  • Asistencia técnica y cálculo de costes para el departamento de ventas (ofertas, retrofits, extensiones).
  • Preparación de especificaciones funcionales para sistemas intralogísticos IT.
  • Definición y dimensionamiento de hardware, red e infraestructura software.
  • Apoyo en procesos de reclutamiento de ingenieros de software (entrevistas técnicas).
  • Participación en la definición de guías técnicas/procedimentales y procesos de control de calidad.

Competencias y habilidades

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en
    español e inglés
    (francés deseable).
  • Capacidad de liderazgo: coaching, mentoring y delegación de responsabilidades.
  • Colaboración en equipos internacionales (desarrolladores, managers, testers).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
