Position Summary:
The Global Sr. Commercial Product Manager – Table Games is a senior regional leader responsible for driving the commercial and product strategy of LNW's Table Games business. The ideal candidate will have significant professional experience in the casino gaming or gaming technology with at least 5 years in a technical-commercial or product leadership role. They will have demonstrated success managing multi- country commercial operations in a gaming landscape and a strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks, gaming culture and player behaviour differences by market.

This role ensures that LNW's Table Games portfolio — including Electronic Table Games (ETGs), Table Game Progressives, Table Management Software (TableView), Utility Products (card shufflers, smart dealing shoes, chip sorters), and Felt-based table games (cards, dice, layouts, etc.) is fully aligned to the market, regulatory, and operational realities of each region.

The position bridges customer insight, product requirements, and commercial execution to support product success, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across a wide range of jurisdictions and gaming cultures.

We have locations across Europe but the ideal candidate will be close to a major gaming market hub (e.g., UK, Spain, Malta, South Africa)

Primary Responsibilities
Market & Commercial Strategy

  • Lead market assessments to identify and prioritize global commercial opportunities
  • Evaluate product performance and competitive positioning across regulated markets (e.g., Macau, UK, Italy, Spain, Romania, South Africa) and emerging jurisdictions (e.g., UAE, Japan).
  • Translate operator and player insights into actionable product and feature requirements tailored to local play styles and regulations.
  • Support regional pricing and product placement strategies in partnership with sales and finance teams.
  • Maintain market intelligence on competitors, performance metrics, and technical differentiators.

Customer & Sales Engagement

  • Partner with regional sales teams to support strategic opportunities and account plans.
  • Serve as the Table Games subject matter expert (SME) in customer meetings, trade events, and technical demonstrations.
  • Lead pre-sales technical scoping and post-installation performance reviews with casino operations teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key operators, distributors, and technical partners globally.
  • Support the creation of commercial proposals and RFP responses that align technical capability with customer objectives.

Technical & Product Integration

  • Work cross-functionally with global product development and engineering
  • teams to ensure products meet regions' specific technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with compliance and certification bodies (e.g., GLI, BMM, and national regulators) to ensure timely approvals and deployment.
  • Support on-site field trials, configuration testing, and integration validation with existing casino systems.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and feedback to inform global roadmap priorities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Represent regional market needs within the global Table Games strategy organization.
  • Provide structured feedback and insights to product, marketing, and commercial planning teams.
  • Support Go-To-Market team in technical and commercial training to regional teams and distributors to ensure consistent messaging and product expertise.
  • Build trusted relationships with regulatory agencies and gaming associations to influence standards and promote innovation.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Gaming Technology required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
