Es el puesto ideal para un perfil Junior+ que ya tiene soltura técnica y quiere especializarse en un sector de alta inversión como la educación online.
¿Cuál será tu misión?Tu foco será la excelencia operativa en tres frentes clave:
Google Ads: Gestión de Search, Display y YouTube. Dominarás las pujas manuales para mantener el control donde el algoritmo no llega.
Paid Social (Meta & LinkedIn): Implementación de campañas, control de creatividades y segmentación de audiencias profesionales.
Data & IA: Apoyo en la implementación de etiquetas (GTM) y uso de herramientas de IA para optimizar copies y creatividades.
Reporting Analítico: Mantener actualizados nuestros dashboards en Looker Studio para detectar desviaciones en tiempo real.
Experiencia: Entre 2 y 3 años gestionando inversión en Google Ads y Meta (experiencia en LinkedIn Ads es un plus valorado).
Mentalidad Ejecutora: Te encanta la plataforma, eres meticuloso con los presupuestos y no te conformas con los resultados "por defecto".
Pasión por el Dato: Capacidad para interpretar métricas (CPL, ROAS, CTR) y proponer ajustes tácticos inmediatos.
Proactividad: Eres capaz de identificar qué anuncios están fatigados y proponer rotaciones al Senior.
Crecimiento Exponencial: Mentoría directa de un Senior y entorno de aprendizaje real.
