About the role/brand

Develop and grow upcoming Social Commerce platform to be one of the top brands within the platform.

To Support Digital Commerce Managers in performance monitoring including but not limited to updating monthly score card, execution and performance monitoring of digital commerce platform.

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

d-Commerce continue to be the focus of the industry. ULM aims to be in the front seat in this channel with aggressive growth post-Covid. Current d-Commerce business is dominated by PurePlayers, closely followed by Quick Commerce customer. We are aiming to strengthen our position in this channel by winning in Social Commerce as well as improving our fundamentals with the existing customers.

Team Structure:
- Reporting to: Digital Commerce Manager

Your Role/Key Responsibilities:
- Implement 7 basics i.e. Search, Perfect Name, Hero images, Product content, Visual & Text Rating & Reviews, Legal & Nutrition, repertoire recommendation in all eCommerce players in order to deliver a distinguished and pleasant shopping experience on both desktop and mobile environment. Track and monitor the execution on both desktop and mobile on monthly basis. To prepare a perfect store scorecard as part of the monitoring status.- Manage and collaborate with brand team / digital marketing team / CSP team to drive impactful eCommerce plan. Design, manage and execute eCommerce activities to drive penetration, bigger basket size and premiumisation. Work alongside with Field team to ensure all customer plan incorporates eCommerce element to drive omni-connect. To conduct a monthly governance meeting for updates on performance and forward planning commitment.- Develop 5 years eCommerce ambition, strategic thrusts and the glidepath towards building a strong market leader position in all eCommerce partners.- Close collaboration with eTailer and drive joint business plan yearly to deliver a win win win plan and to land as per agreed plan with tracking and monitoring. Regular weekly meeting to discuss performance, effectiveness of activities and forward plans.- Support and manage eDistributor to ensure that Unilever eCommerce ambition is integrated into eDistributor strategy. Develop plans that are profitable to both Unilever and eDistributor while ensuring the shoppers are excited and attracted to make the purchase.

40% of the time for travelling.

What You’ll Need To Succeed- Experience in eCommerce (essential)- Interact and negotiate confidently with customer (desirable)- Strong business acumen (desirable)- Fast to adapt to change in marketplace (essential)- Knowledge of digital marketing (desirable)- Lead and collaborate across functional team (desirable)- Willing to work on a 12-months contract (renewable is based on the future business needs).
