About the Role
As a Solution Specialist for Nordic speaking clients, you will guide business users in adopting digital solutions efficiently. You provide professional, structured and consultative support, ensuring each organization understands the tools available to them. Your mission is to empower clients, enhance usage and contribute to successful digital transformation within the Nordic market.
Responsibilities
Support Nordic speaking clients via phone, email and online sessions
Explain digital tools and help customers apply best practices
Assist in implementing new functionalities
Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements
Maintain logs and update CRM information
Collaborate with internal technical teams
Participate in coaching sessions to develop specialist skills
Assist in creating long-term usage strategies
Candidate Profile
Fluent in a Nordic language and English
Customer-oriented and communicative
Comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly
Organized, analytical and proactive
Able to work hybrid in Málaga or Valencia
EU right to work
