YOUR MISSION
Glovo is looking for an experienced and ambitious Sr Ads Specialist for the Brands Ads Team (Retail Media) to build and maintain lasting partnerships with endemic brands by understanding their business needs and market trends, while driving impactful retail media initiatives.
THE JOURNEY
- Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with FMCG brands
- Function as a consultant for clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business, category, and prevailing market trends.
- Proactively identify and maximise investment opportunities whilst fulfilling client requirements.
- Coordinate and implement all retail media initiatives for these brands, utilizing available placements and services, and collaborating across internal departments to deliver exceptional results.
- Cultivate authentic, long-lasting relationships with brands across diverse industries through a high level of F2F interaction.
- Regularly audit and report key business metrics to brands, continually analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across verticals.
- Partner internally with key business areas (Qcommerce, Food, Legal, CRM…) to help brands to grow their business.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Full time availability. 3 days a week at the office, 2 optional remote.
- At least 3 years working experience in Retail Media/Ads and/or commercial roles related to digital marketing
- Bachelor in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing, preferably.
- Commercial experience in negotiations with clear profit-driven goals (e.g. JBP, commercial agreements, etc.)
- Lead acquisition knowledge based on full funnel (from lead to prospect to client)
- Experience working with agencies (marketing, comms, digital) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting, driving data driven insights is a must.
- Experience with data tools such as Salesforce and Looker are a plus
- Great interpersonal and project management skills, problem solver and capability to adapt fast to unexpected situations
- Comfortable working autonomously in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace. Strong drive for continuous improvement. Creative and a self-starter. Proactivity is in our DNA
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel/Google Sheet is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and verbal) in English and Spanish is a must
