Are you a strong communicator who loves sales, client management, and building long-lasting relationships?

Cross Border Talents is looking for Danish, Dutch, German, and Swedish-speaking Sales / Account Managers to join our growing team in Barcelona.

What You Will Do


• Manage and grow client accounts in your assigned market


• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers


• Identify and convert new business opportunities


• Drive sales strategies and collaborate with internal teams


• Ensure client satisfaction, renewal, and retention

Candidate Profile


• Fluent in Danish, Dutch, German, or Swedish


• Strong experience in sales, account management, or business development


• Excellent communication & negotiation skills


• Motivated, results-driven, and proactive


• Experience working with international clients is a plus
