Sobre el rol:

Actuarás como brazo ejecutor de nuevas oportunidades de negocio identificadas junto a la dirección comercial, liderando el diseño, lanzamiento y escalado de nuevos productos.

Tu día a día:

Reportando directamente a la Directora Comercial, te encargarás principalmente de:

  • Gestión y seguimiento de proyectos de principio a fin.
  • Coordinación de equipos y recursos para cumplir objetivos y plazos.
  • Identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y alianzas estratégicas.
  • Análisis de mercado y desarrollo de estrategias de crecimiento.
  • Apoyo en la planificación comercial y mejora de procesos internos.

Requerimientos del puesto:

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en Project Management, Business Development, Product Management o puestos similares.
  • Experiencia real liderando proyectos de lanzamiento de nuevos productos o negocios.
  • Capacidad para construir y defender
    business cases
    (ingresos, márgenes, ROI, Capex, Opex, P&L).
  • Dominio del ciclo completo del proyecto, desde la idea hasta el lanzamiento y el seguimiento.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, organización y comunicación. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos en paralelo.
  • Capacidad analítica, mentalidad comercial y orientación a resultados.
  • Valorable experiencia en FMCG, alimentación, bebidas, salud o consumo, y haber trabajado en startups, scale-ups o compañías en fuerte crecimiento.
  • Valorable disponer de certificaciones en Project Management.
