En tu día a día como
Payroll Specialist
...
Serás la persona responsable de garantizar una gestión laboral y de nóminas impecable, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo, la precisión en los procesos y el mejor servicio al cliente interno.
Tu día a día incluirá:
Elaborar, revisar y controlar nóminas, finiquitos y seguros sociales.
Gestionar altas, bajas, variaciones y comunicaciones a través de Sistema RED y SILTRA.
Revisar y tramitar contratos laborales, permisos, licencias, IT, maternidad/paternidad y absentismo.
Aplicar e interpretar el convenio colectivo vigente.
Coordinarte con gestorías externas (Portugal), asesoría jurídica (España) y organismos oficiales (TGSS, SEPE, INSS).
Obtener datos del sistema analítico para el cálculo de variables e incentivos.
Participar en proyectos de automatización y digitalización de procesos del área laboral.
Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
Formación en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, ADE o similar. Valorable formación de posgrado o máster en RRHH o Gestión Laboral.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares, preferiblemente en empresas con más de 300 empleados o asesorías con gran volumen de nóminas.
Nivel avanzado en Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, búsqueda de datos) — se realizará prueba técnica
Manejo avanzado de programas de gestión de nómina (A3equipo, SAP, Sage, o LABOR — valorable este último).
Conocimiento actualizado de la normativa laboral y de Seguridad Social.
