Social network you want to login/join with:Native Teams is a leading global platform that provides streamlined work payments, employment, and tax management solutions for freelancers, remote workers, and their employers.We are expanding our global team and looking for a Payroll Operations Specialist to bring their expertise and help us increase the visibility and usage of our product and services.Would you like to take on a new challenge in the field of Finance in a successful, fast-growing global start-up?Location: RemoteSalary Range: FlexibleKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countriesPrepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reportsCheck payroll reports and confirm them before submission to legal authoritiesFollow up on payroll inputs from various sourcesControl employee expenses and ensure payments comply with relevant legal rulesPrepare payroll backup for invoicing processesLearn about tax and payment processes of new countries, conduct research, and manage processesCorrespond with local accountantsMaintain and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field2-3 years of experience in payroll operations or administrationStrong analytical skills and experience tracking KPIsProficiency in payroll software; familiarity with process automation is a plusExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksStrong communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvementsFamiliarity with SLAs and quality standards in payroll or customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar toolsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentValue autonomy and transparencySelf-starter with a proactive approachBenefitsDynamic work in an early-stage, funded startupOpportunity to influence company growthFlexible work environmentCompetitive salaryExperience in fintechOpportunities for growthAdditional employee benefitsJoin our team at Native Teams, a fast-growing global start-up.
