As a
Solution Specialist (Dutch speaker)
, you will support the full sales lifecycle, build long-term customer relationships, and leverage your cloud expertise to help organizations succeed with modern technologies.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and business impact — you enable customers to make the right decisions and extract real value from cloud solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Present technical solutions aligned with customer needs and real-world usage scenarios
  • Advise customers on cloud adoption strategies and best practices to accelerate success
  • Review implementation requirements and validate pricing and licensing calculations
  • Deliver solution demonstrations via online meetings
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for small and medium-sized business prospects
  • Deliver internal training sessions (individual and group)
  • Stay up to date with cloud features, licensing models, market trends, and competitive offerings

Requirements

  • Professional-level Dutch (minimum C1) and fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of IT / technical experience
  • Ability to clearly explain end-user scenarios and technical architectures for productivity and communication platforms
  • Solid understanding of identity, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment and adoption strategies
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration, productivity, migration, and solution management
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
