Description

  1. Listening & Insights - Evolve & Embed

  2. Identify new technology providers that integrate with HRIS and provide leading edge AI functionalities.

  3. Evolve and embed continuous listening strategy across the employee experience journey.
  4. Analyse listening data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across geographies and functions.
  5. Translate feedback into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business leaders.
  6. Support stakeholder capability through training, toolkits, and advisory sessions.
  7. Monitor key metrics (e.g., engagement scores, response rates, sentiment) and report on progress and impact.
  8. Collaborate with TM and P&C teams to ensure feedback informs talent, culture, and leadership strategies.

  9. EVP - Embed

  10. Drive the embedding of EVP across the employee lifecycle, building on existing initiatives.

  11. Use data to assess EVP resonance and effectiveness across different employee segments.
  12. Collaborate with TM, L&D, and P&C teams to co-create experiences that reflect and reinforce our EVP.
  13. Scope and deliver EVP-related projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and culture.
  14. Track and report on EVP impact using engagement data, retention metrics, and qualitative feedback.

  15. Employee Experience Journey

  16. Lead the design and development of Moments That Matter framework, identifying key touchpoints across the employee journey.

  17. Collaborate with TM, L&D, and P&C teams to define, prioritize, and co-create experiences around onboarding, career transitions, development, recognition, and other critical moments.
  18. Pay particular attention to senior leaders, high potentials, and successors, ensuring their experience is differentiated, strategic, and aligned with development goals.
  19. Use journey mapping, feedback data, and employee insights to shape inclusive and impactful experiences.
  20. Establish measurement criteria and feedback loops to assess the effectiveness of each moment.
  21. Ensure alignment with EVP and integration into broader talent and learning strategies.

Profile

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in employee experience, engagement, or talent-related roles in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with survey data and feedback platforms (ideally Perceptyx).
  • Ability to translate data into compelling stories and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing and optimizing existing processes and designing new frameworks from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cultures and functions.
  • Knowledge of EVP frameworks, continuous listening strategies, and employee journey mapping.
