In September 2026, Prescription Pilates will open its
first international flagship

studio and we're looking for a
General Manager

to lead it from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to launch, shape and grow a flagship studio that sets the standard for our international expansion.

ABOUT PRESCRIPTION

Prescription is Portugal's fastest-growing Reformer Pilates brand, with six studios across Lisbon and Porto. We pioneered a dynamic, music-driven, community-led approach to Reformer Pilates, blending movement, rhythm and lifestyle into an experience that goes far beyond the studio.

Now, we're expanding beyond Portugal.

Our Madrid flagship opens in September 2026: a premium space with 12 reformers, a vibrant community and the unique Prescription atmosphere.

And we're looking for the person who will bring this vision to life.

YOUR MISSION

As General Manager of Prescription Madrid, you will:

  • Lead the pre-opening phase (studio build, equipment, recruitment, launch strategy)
  • Build and manage the team (receptionists, studio coordinators)
  • Own the studio's performance (revenue, client satisfaction, community)
  • Collaborate with our Lisbon HQ team (marketing, operations, training)
  • Be the local face of the brand (someone who lives and breathes the Prescription spirit)

YOU ARE…

  • Based in Madrid (or willing to relocate)
  • Experienced in managing a studio, fitness space, wellness or hospitality concept
  • Obsessed with creating amazing client experiences
  • A strong people leader: organized, energetic, inspiring
  • Comfortable with P&L / revenue goals and motivated to grow with us
  • Fluent in English + Spanish

Bonus if:

  • You've worked in a premium fitness brand (Reformer, yoga, boutique gyms…)
  • You have a background as a trainer or coach
  • You already know the Prescription vibe
