Buscamos un/a General Manager para liderar un club privado exclusivo de miembros en Madrid, enfocado en gastronomía, lifestyle, eventos y nightlife.

**Tu misión**
Serás la persona responsable de la dirección integral del club, asegurando la excelencia operativa, la rentabilidad del negocio y una experiencia excepcional para nuestros socios. Liderarás la estrategia, el equipo y el posicionamiento del club como un referente en el sector lifestyle.
Tus responsabilidades
- Dirigir la operativa diaria del club garantizando un servicio 5.
- Liderar y motivar equipos multidisciplinares (operaciones, F&B, eventos, members).
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia del club alineada con los objetivos de negocio.
- Gestionar presupuestos, KPIs operativos y resultados financieros.
- Supervisar la experiencia del socio y asegurar los más altos estándares de calidad.
- Impulsar la programación de eventos, colaboraciones estratégicas y activaciones de marca.
- Representar al club frente a partners, marcas y perfiles VIP.
**Requisitos**
Experiencia demostrable como General Manager o en posiciones de dirección en clubes privados, hospitality premium, hoteles 5 o restauración de alto nivel.
Sólida capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
Visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
Español e inglés bilingüe (imprescindible).
Disponibilidad horaria y flexibilidad para eventos y actividades nocturnas.
