At Zahoree Company, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist fluent in Dutch and French to provide exceptional support to our customers and help them overcome technical challenges with confidence.
What You'll Do Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote support.
Install and configure software, hardware, and systems.
Communicate clearly and simply, making tech easy to understand for all users.
Document solutions and collaborate with the team to continuously improve support.
What We're Looking For Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware/software issues (don't worry, full training provided).
Passion for helping others and solving problems like a pro.
Excellent communication in Italian/French (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Bonus: Prior IT support experience and familiarity with smart home devices.
