JOB OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing HR support and leads HR initiatives Adventure Sports – Revelyst, that is a globally recognized designer, developer, marketer and retailer of high-performance technical apparel and equipment. In collaboration with the Global HR team and the EU VP, this position evaluates the talent needs and designs the appropriate strategies. The Human Resource Manager will facilitate the delivery of HR services and provide guidance and solutions on Human Resources operational issues. This role will support HR global initiatives, strategies, and programs to help drive business results throughout the organization to deliver best in class HR process.
As the HR Manager, you will have an opportunity to:
- Supervise the Administration of Benefits for all the European countries. Company vehicles, private health insurance, ticket restaurants and some more specific ones depending on the region. Make sure they are all set up correctly on the payroll and the payroll systems. Negotiations when necessary.
- Prepare the employee contracts, offer letters, coordinate onboarding and offboarding of the employees, prepare the final termination documents, severance calculations and their communication to the external parties.
- Data maintenance, confidentiality, keep up to date the employee files, organizational chart and HRIS systems updated all the time.
- Supervise Holidays, Sickness & Absence tracking.
- Preparing the yearly calendar for the whole European organization, taking into consideration all the local public holidays.
- Be the first point of contact for the employees, managers and directors, employee relations.
- Conduct the recruitment process for the open vacancies.
- Prepare and make the internal communications.
- Review and update the company internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and analysis for the top management, execute merit increases, sales bonuses, etc.
- Provide documents when there is audit or due diligence.
- Make sure H&S measures are implemented for all the employees in EU
- Administrate "tripartite" when there are official trainings at the company.
- Coordinate and administrate Health & Safety actions with the external partner and ensure compliance with the local regulations. Coordinate regular medical checks for the employees.
- Participate in the implementation of the HR projects such as Equality Plan, prepare the necessary documents, reports, and plans.
- Be updated with all the new measures, laws and regulations, collective agreements. Comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of the laws, regulations and policies.
- Legal support to the legal department.
You must have:
- Strong business acumen
- Bilingual- read and write Spanish and English, A THIRD LANGUAGE (French, German) is a plus
- Effective communication skills

- Strong coaching skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
- Superior verbal and written communication skills; friendly, compassionate, approachable
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Learns and retains new concepts and technology quickly.
- Follows through on all assignments independently.
- Must have excellent attendance history.
- Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Able to work amiably in a team environment with diverse personalities.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recent professional Human Resources experience
- ADP knowledge
- Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Internet, and PP
